I know, I know you hear this everywhere, but it is SO true. Our bodies are made of 60% or more of water. We need it to feel our best. Keep water available throughout the day for easy access.
2. Consistent movement
Now I’m not saying get a gym membership and workout 5 times a week. For some this is what works best for them, others may feel overwhelmed. Start by taking the stairs, park further away from the store, or walk in your neighborhood. Small consistent steps to increase movement are a huge win.
3. Stress management
In this fast paced world stress management seems to go by the waste side. Find what brings you peace when you feel the tension and pressure of this world weighing on you. Deep breathing, mindfulness, listening to music or maybe a quiet walk can help lower those high anxiety feelings. Taking 5 minutes out of your day will not cause you to miss out, but it may allow you to actually enjoy what happens next.
